2020 International Summer School for Young Physicists (ISSYP)
ISSYP is an exciting and challenging two-week program for Canadian and international high school students who have a keen interest in theoretical physics and intend to pursue physics studies at the university level.

Your entire application will be completed online. The application includes 7 tasks which may be completed in any order:
- Personal Information Form
- Extracurricular Activities and Essay
- Teacher Assessment
- Reference Letter
- Transcript/Report Cards
- Applicant Statement of Honesty
- Parent/Guardian Consent Form
During the application process, you will be able to save your progress and return to edit your application. Each task has an icon that indicates whether it is blank, partially fulfilled, or complete. All tasks must be complete to enable the "Review & Submit" button used to submit your application. As you move through the application you will find specific instructions for each task including how to obtain a confidential teacher assessment and a reference letter. You will also be able to check whether or not your teacher and referee have submitted their components.
The application deadline is Wednesday, March 25 at 11:59pm ET (Eastern Time). Applicants who do not meet the eligibility requirements or who have not submitted complete applications by the program deadline will not be considered for ISSYP 2020. The Teacher Assessment and the Reference Letter must be received by the application deadline as well.
