The Luke Santi Memorial Award for Student Achievement is presented to a graduating Canadian high school student who has been accepted into a full-time academic program in Physical Sciences at a Canadian university and will commence studies in Fall 2024. The award includes $1000 and the opportunity to visit Perimeter Institute for a facility tour, lunch with researchers and staff, and seminars or other scheduled events.

Your entire application will be completed online. A complete application includes 6 tasks:
- Information Form
- Personal Profile (including extracurriculars, awards, and short essay)
- Reference Letter Upload
- High School Transcript & Interim Report Card Upload
- Proof of University Acceptance Upload
- Applicant Statement of Honesty
During the application process, you will be able to save your progress and return to edit your application before completing your final review and submitting it. Although this interface is in English, you are welcome to submit your application, reference letters, and transcript in English or French.
